Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS)

This designation requires the completion of three courses – Delivering Responsive Customer Service, Managing Difficult Clients and Situations, Conflict Resolution, and Service that Sells – within a 12-month period. Upon successful completion of each workshop you will receive a certificate. The completion of all three courses is required to receive a master certificate. Workbooks and job aids are provided during the workshop.

Certified Client Service Professional (CCSP©)

This designation requires the completion of six courses – Train the Trainer, Coaching for Performance, and Leadership & Management – within a 24 month period. Upon successful completion of each workshop you will receive a certification and once all six courses are complete you will receive a master certificate. Workbooks and job aids are provided during the workshop.
